 Smart Start is a special account for our members ages 18 to 25. We know that finances can be confusing when you are just starting out. We developed our Smart Start account to help you get started.
- Smart Start Checking - no minimum balance, no monthly charge. You can write up to 4 checks a month at no cost and just 50 cents a check over that amount.
- 50 free checks per year
- STAR ATM card or AlternaCheck debit card with no annual fee
- VISA® credit card in your own name if you qualify
This is the right account for you whether you are going off to college or starting a new job.
