Greenland, NH - Holy Rosary Credit Union in Rochester, NH, announces it has partnered with the Pink Hippo Café to offer a unique community coffee lounge experience in the credit union’s new Greenland branch, which will open this fall. The café will be located adjacent to HRCU at 603 Portsmouth Avenue, next door to the Greenland Post Office, and the two businesses will be connected with a welcoming set of French doors that will be open during credit union hours.
“We are very excited to be working with the Pink Hippo Café to bring a one-of-a-kind experience to our friends and neighbors in Greenland and the surrounding community,” said HRCU President and CEO Brian Hughes. “Working through the idea and details over the past year, it was clear that we both share many of the same values, starting with providing a great experience for our customers. And having the vision of doing it in a comfortable and inclusive environment, brings it all together. It is going to be a fun partnership.”
Known for its twinkling lights and pink décor, welcoming atmosphere and local partnerships, featuring Port City Coffee Roasters and Congdon’s Doughnuts, the Pink Hippo Café offers specialty desserts and baked goods, exceptional espresso and coffee drinks. Additionally, the Pink Hippo Café houses the work of over a dozen artists who craft and create locally in Maine and New Hampshire.
This will be The Pink Hippo Café’s second location, adding to its Mall at Fox Run location in Newington, NH.
“The Pink Hippo Café is a small, community coffee house, committed to delivering exceptional, personalized service to each and every customer who walks through our door,” said Owner Katrina Savino. “We are thrilled to partner with HRCU as we create this new community gathering space. The outpouring of excitement from the community as they welcome us with open arms has been humbling. We look forward to becoming part of the fabric of Greenland’s community.”
A community credit union serving all of New Hampshire and Southern Maine, Holy Rosary Credit Union was founded in Rochester, NH, in 1962, growing over the years to five full-service locations on the seacoast.
