Card Management

  1. Card Management is an easy-to-use tool that helps you manage your finances by controlling how, when and where your HRCU debit and credit cards are used.

    You can manage all aspects of your cards, allowing you to lock and unlock your cards, report lost or stolen cards, limit transactions by location, store, and transaction type, and more. You'll also be able to gain insight into your spending and subscriptions. 

  2. Card Management allows you to set travel plans with a maximum duration of 14 days. If you are traveling more than 14 days, you will need to either update the app after the 14 days has expired or contact HRCU Member Support at 603-332-6840.

  3. “Recurring Payments” are those payments that happen repeatedly on a schedule, for example, streaming subscriptions, cellular bills, or other monthly bills you pay with your card. “Card on File” is a list of merchants who store your card information for future purchases, like online retailers or delivery apps.

  4. Any HRCU Debit, Credit or HSA Card. 

  5. Any transactions made with your cards are shown. Teller transaction, wire transfers, and payments made via Bill Pay and ACH are NOT included. 

  6. Previously authorized recurring payments will not be affected by the card controls. 

  7. Card Management allows you the ability to self-service your HRCU card.

    Some examples are:

    • Locking and unlocking your card
    • Setting up travel notifications
    • Establishing transaction limitations
    • Setting up transaction alerts

    and more!

  8. Card Management allows you to set two travel plans at a time with a maximum duration of 14 days. If you are traveling more than 14 days or more than two times a year, you will need to either update the app after each trip, after 14 days, or contact HRCU Member Support at 603-332-6840.

  9. Control and alert settings take effect immediately. 

  10. Select the transaction to view its details. If it was an in-person transaction, you should see a Google Map of the actual location the transaction took place. If you still don’t recognize the purchase, you can reach out to the merchant from the phone number listed on this screen.

  11. Yes, Card Management currently supports adding your card to Google Wallet and Apple Pay. 

  12. Simply log into our Mobile Banking app or Desktop. Go to your Dashboard and select Card Management to get started. 

  13. Yes, multiple cards from our institution can be accessed via Card Management. Cards from other financial institutions will not be available to view. 

  14. All international transactions are already blocked by HRCU. 

  15. Verify in your App Store that you have the most current version of the HRCU Mobile App installed. If an update is needed, you will see "Update" in the App Store. 

  16. Yes, Card Management shows the last 50 card-based transactions posted within the last 30 days. 

  17. Sometimes a merchant will pre-authorize the card for an amount that may be more than the spending limit you allow on the card. In this case, your card will be denied. 

  18. To report a lost or stolen card, follow the instructions under Report Lost or Stolen.

  19. In the Mobile App, alerts are sent as push notifications on your device. In Online Banking, the alerts will appear under "Messages" in the Dashboard.
