Setting Up Your Direct Deposit and Payments

Move your direct deposits and automatic payments to your new HRCU account, securely and hassle-free in your online account. 

Setting Up your Direct Deposit: 

  • Grab your new Checking Account Number
  • Have our Routing Number: 211489669
  • Speak to your employer's HR or Payroll Department, or contact the Social Security office (if applicable) to update their records.

Setting Up Payments:

There are two ways to pay your bills and loans through online banking. If you are looking to set up a reoccurring or one-time payment option for your loan or visa bill, use Automatic Payments. If you are looking to set up a payment for your fixed bill, such as for your internet or cable, take advantage of our Bill Pay. Note: Bill Pay should not be used with bills that change monthly, such as an electric bill.

Transaction & Overdraft Protection

Mistakes happen. That's why we've got your back to protect your checking account from costly overdrafts when you don't have enough funds to cover a transaction.

Options:

  • Savings Overdraft Protection: Automatically transfer funds from a linked HRCU savings or secondary account to pay an item*
  • Courtesy Pay: With this option, the credit union may authorize and cover checks, ACH, and automatic bill payments if funds are unavailable.* Members must opt-in for coverage on daily debit card transactions.

To opt in to Overdraft Protection, contact our Member Support or stop by a branch.

To opt in to Courtesy Pay, visit your Dashboard in the HRCU Mobile App or online and click "Courtesy Pay" to enroll.

*A fee will apply at time of service; contact Member Support for additional information. Also note that overdrafts are paid at HRCU's discretion and are not guaranteed.
