Balance transfer promotion is available to new and existing HRCU Visa Credit Card holders. New HRCU Visa Credit Card applicants are subject to standard credit approval for new credit card accounts. To be eligible for the 0.00% balance transfer for 12 months, cardholder must have a credit score of at least 730. Maximum balance transfer of $5,000.00 per credit card account for promotional 0.00% 12-month rate. After 12 months, the remaining balance will automatically revert to the current purchase rate set forth on the credit card account. A balance transfer fee of 3% applies to all qualifying 0.00% balance transfers. Balance transfer requests exceeding $5,000.00 may be eligible for a rate of 4.99% for 18 months on the amount exceeding $5,000.00. A balance transfer fee of 3% will apply to qualifying 4.99% balance transfers. Existing HRCU Visa Credit Card balances are not eligible for promotional balance transfer rates.
