How To Update Your Contact Information

Mobile App Instructions

  • Step 1: After logging into your HRCU Mobile App, you should see a snapshot of your account. To update your contact information, you will need to click on the More button at the bottom right corner of the screen.
  • Step 2: Click on Settings & Live Chat, followed by Settings.
  • Step 3: Click Contact.
  • Step 4: Here, you'll be able to update your Mailing Address, Home Address, Home Phone Number, Work Phone Number, Mobile Phone Number and/or Email Address.

How To Set up a Travel Plan

Mobile App Instructions

  • Step 1: After logging into your HRCU Mobile App, you should see a snapshot of your account. To set up a travel plan, you will need to click on the More button at the bottom right corner of the screen.
  • Step 2: Click on Card Management.
  • Step 3: This will display which card you are going to be making the Travel Plan for. If you would like to set one up for another HRCU card of yours, swipe the card to the left and tap Add Card. Once you have the card you would like, scroll down and tap Manage Travel Plans.
  • Step 4: Tap Add Travel Plan. Note: You can add up to 2 Travel Plans per card and each Travel Plan can be set to a maximum of 15 days. After this, it will be part of your normal spending pattern.
  • Step 5: When setting up a Travel Plan, you will be required to do Two-Factor Authentication and verify your identity. You can elect to receive an email communication or a text message. After receiving your Security Token code, type it in and tap Next.
  • Step 6: Choose the destination you are traveling to. You can add up to 15 destinations at one time, or two different travel plans.
  • Step 7: Then you can add your Travel Dates. Be sure not to go over 15 days. If it goes over 15 days, create two travel plans. Click Submit once you are done.

How To Set up Automatic Transfers

Mobile App Instructions

  • Step 1: After logging into your HRCU Mobile App, you should see a snapshot of your account. To set up automatic transfers, you will need to click on the More button at the bottom right corner of the screen.
  • Step 2: Click on Transfer & Pay, followed by Transfers.
  • Step 3: Click Make a Transfer to schedule a new transfer. You can also add an HRCU or external account to transfer to. To add another HRCU member's account, you'll need their member number, last name (or business name) and share ID. (All members have a share ID of 01 for savings, or you can ask the member for their share ID for checking.)
  • Step 4: Select where and how much you'd like to transfer between the accounts. You can choose to transfer between checking/savings accounts or make a payment on a loan or credit card. If making a payment, you can choose to make a Regular Payment, Pay Off, or Principal Only payment if paying on a loan.
  • Step 5: Choose the frequency of the transfer as well as the start date. You can choose to make a One-Time Payment, or you can make payments Daily, Weekly, Biweekly, Monthly, End of Month, Semi Monthly, Every Other Month, Every Four Weeks, Quarterly, Every Six Months, or Yearly.

How To Set up Loan and Credit Card Payments

Mobile App Instructions

  • Step 1: After logging into your HRCU Mobile App, you should see a snapshot of your account. To set up a payment to your HRCU Visa or loan, you will need to click on the More button at the bottom right corner of the screen.
  • Step 2: Click on Transfer & Pay, followed by Transfers.
  • Step 3: Click Make a Transfer to schedule a new transfer. You can also add an HRCU or external account to transfer from following the instructions when you click From Account. When you click on the To Account, click on your Visa card or loan that you would like to make a payment on.
  • Step 4: Select where and how much you'd like to transfer between the accounts. When making a payment, you can choose to make a Regular Payment, Pay Off, or Principal Only payment if paying on a loan.
  • Step 5: Choose the frequency of the transfer as well as the start date. You can choose to make a One-Time Payment, or you can make recurring payments Daily, Weekly, Biweekly, Monthly, End of Month, Semi Monthly, Every Other Month, Every Four Weeks, Quarterly, Every Six Months, or Yearly.

How To Set up Text Alerts for Deposits

Mobile App Instructions

  • Step 1: After logging into your HRCU Mobile App, you should see a snapshot of your account. To set up text alerts, you will need to click on the More button at the bottom right corner of the screen.
  • Step 2: Click on Settings & Live Chat, followed by Alert Settings.
  • Step 3: Click Accounts.
  • Step 4: Making sure your Selected Account is the correct account you want alerts for, toggle the Automatic Deposit option from the list of Alerts. You can also set alerts for Withdrawals, Debit Card Purchases, Balance Summaries, and more.
  • Step 5: After selecting the type of alert you want to receive, select the delivery method. You can receive the alert by text or email. Then click Save.

How To Access Your uChoose Rewards

Mobile App Instructions

  • Step 1: After logging into your HRCU Mobile App, you should see a snapshot of your account. To access uChoose Rewards, click on the More button at the bottom right corner of the screen.
  • Step 2: Click on Card Management.
  • Step 3: This page displays which card you are currently looking at. To look at your uChoose Reward account, you will need to be on your Visa Platinum Rewards card. If you need to switch to that card, simply swipe the card to the left and your next card will appear.
  • Step 4: When you see your Visa Platinum Rewards card, scroll down and click Rewards. After clicking the Rewards tab, a message will pop up indicating that you are about to go to the uChoose Rewards website. Press Continue to go to the uChoose Rewards website and access your Rewards.

How To Order Checks

Mobile App Instructions

  • Step 1: After logging into your HRCU Mobile App, you should see a snapshot of your account. To Order Checks, click on the More button at the bottom right.
  • Step 2: Click on the Accounts tab, followed by Check Services.
  • Step 3: Then click on the Order Checks tab at the top. Select the account you would like to order checks for, click Order Checks and then follow the on-screen prompts to order a book(s) of checks.

How To Stop a Check Payment

Mobile App Instructions

  • Step 1: After logging into your HRCU Mobile App, you should see a snapshot of your account. To Stop a check payment, click on the More button at the bottom right.
  • Step 2: Click on the Accounts tab, followed by Check Services.
  • Step 3: Then click on Stop a Payment and follow the on-screen prompts to stop payment on a one-time payment that has been made with a check.

How To Activate Biometric ID

Mobile App Instructions

  • Step 1: After logging into your HRCU Mobile App, you should see a snapshot of your account. To Activate Biometric ID, click on the More button at the bottom right.
  • Step 2: Click on the Settings & Live Chat tab, followed by Settings.
  • Step 3:  Click on BioMetrics
  • Step 4: Here you can toggle on or off the Biometric ID. If you already have a Biometric ID saved, this will be the ID used at login.

How To Set Up Bill Pay

Mobile App Instructions

  • Step 1: After logging into your HRCU Mobile App, you should see a snapshot of your account. To Add a Bill Pay Payee, click on the More button at the bottom right.
  • Step 2: Click on the Transfer & Pay tab, followed by Bill Pay.
  • Step 3:  After reading the Bill Pay Disclosure, please click Agree. NOTE: As stated in the Bill Pay Disclosure, for active users the Bill Pay Service is free of charge. If a Bill Pay User has not utilized the Bill Pay Service in sixty (60) days, the account will be subject to a $5.00 Inactive User fee.
  • Step 4: Click on the Add and Manage Payees button. Then click the "+" button at the bottom right. 
  • Step 5: On this screen you can choose to add a Business or a Personal Payee. The payee will then have a check written and sent via USPS mail to the recipient. NOTE: The estimated arrival date is only an estimated time. Please allow an appropriate amount of time for the payment to be delivered. 
  • Step 6: After filling out the required information, you will receive a text/call confirmation. Then follow the on screen prompts to complete the process.
