Make a Payment

Use your HRCU online banking account to make a quick one-time payment or set up recurring payments. 

Online Banking: 

• Log into your online account.
• Click Transfer & Pay from the menu, followed by Transfers. If you need to pay from an external account, click Add an External Account. 
• Follow the instructions when you click From Account. When you click on the To Account, click on your Visa card or loan that you would like to make a payment on. 
• Select where, how much you'd like to transfer between the accounts, and the frequency of the payments.  

Mobile App:

• After logging into your HRCU Mobile App, you should see a snapshot of your account.
• Click on the Transfers button on the bottom. Then click Make a Transfer to schedule a new payment/transfer. You can also add an HRCU or external account to transfer from. 
• Follow the instructions when you click From Account. When you click on the To Account, click on your Visa card or loan that you would like to make a payment on. 
• Select where, how much you'd like to transfer between the accounts, and the frequency of the payments.  

Need to make a payment quickly without logging in? Just give us a call. You can use our automated phone system, available 24/7, or speak with one of our friendly HRCU member support staff to process your payment over the phone.

• Pay using your HRCU account or another bank account.

Prefer a face-to-face experience? Stop by any HRCU branch and our team will be happy to help you make your payment. You can pay with cash, check, or transfer funds directly from your HRCU account.

There are two ways to pay your bills and loans through online banking. 

• If you are looking to set up a repeatable or one-time payment option for your HRCU loan or Visa bill, use Automatic Payments. 
• If you are looking to set up a payment for your fixed bill, such as for your internet or cable, take advantage of our Bill Pay. Note: Bill Pay should not be used with bills that change monthly, such as an electric bill.
