Please note:

If you are a new member, we can begin your sharing immediately from the date you opened your account. When you are no longer a member, we continue to share your information as described in this notice.

However, you can contact us at any time to limit our sharing.

How does HRCU collect my personal information?

We collect your personal information, for example, when you:

  • Open an account or deposit money
  • Apply for a loan
  • Use your credit or debit card

We also collect your personal information from others such as credit bureaus.

Why can’t I limit all sharing?

Federal law gives you the right to limit only:

  • Sharing for affiliates’ everyday business purposes – information about your creditworthiness
  • Affiliates from using your information to market to you
  • Sharing for nonaffiliates to market to you

State laws and individual companies may give you additional rights to limit sharing.

What happens when I limit sharing for an account I hold jointly with someone else?Your choices will apply to everyone on your account—unless you tell us otherwise.

Companies not related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies.

Joint marketing

A formal agreement between nonaffiliated financial companies that together market financial products or services to you.

Mobile banking app users

Our Mobile Banking application periodically collects, transmits, and uses geolocation information for enabled features that prevent fraudulent card use and send real-time push notifications, but only if the End User expressly authorizes collection of such information. Geolocation information can be monitored on a continuous basis in the background, only while the application is being used, or not at all depending on the End User’s selection. The End User can change their location permissions at any time in their device settings.

HRCU Digital Banking Account Deletion Policy

The deletion of your digital banking account will result in the complete removal of your digital banking access with your current username and password. Below you will find steps on how to request your digital banking account is deleted, and information on the data that is removed and retained during this process.

How to request the deletion of your digital banking account:

You may contact us through one of the following methods if you wish to have your digital banking account deleted:

  1. Email HRCU at info@hrcu.org
  2. Call HRCU at 603-332-6840 or toll-free at 1-877-895-6840
  3. Mail a signed request to 133 Brock Street, Rochester, NH 03867

HRCU will contact you using the same method in which you initiated your request upon successful completion of your request.

Data Removal and Retention

Upon successful completion of your digital banking account deletion request, the following data will be deleted from the app:

  1. Personal information such as your name, email address, and phone number.
  2. All records of your financial transactions found within the app.
  3. Any data related to your interactions and usage of the HRCU digital banking app.

Upon account deletion from digital banking, your HRCU account(s) will remain open. No funds will be removed from the account during this process and all transaction history and personal information will remain within our core system for the lifetime of the account. Only digital banking data will be deleted.
