Holy Rosary Credit Union (HRCU) continues to strengthen its leadership team with the appointment of Krista Foerster to the newly-created role of Chief Retail Officer. Foerster has served in senior leadership positions in banking throughout New England for more than 25 years.
“Krista is a tremendous addition to our team,” said Brian Hughes, President and CEO of HRCU. “Her impressive experience in financial services and strategic development makes her an ideal fit for this important, new position. Krista will guide and equip our team with the right tools to improve our members’ banking experience, which is our highest priority.”
In her new role, Krista will be responsible for overseeing the performance of all retail operations, including business development and wealth management, ensuring the outstanding member experience HRCU is known for.

Prior to joining HRCU, Krista was Head of Business Onboarding & Implementation at Northern Bank in Woburn, Massachusetts. Krista has also held senior leadership positions at Santander, Citizens and Bank of America.
